Hello! The License let you use the assets for you commercial project, modify and credit is not required. But you can't redistribute or resell the assets alone. I hope it helps.

Yes you can use it in your project and sell it. You can't resell only the assets.

Yep u can use the sprites in your games and sell it! :) You just can't sell the sprites alone.
